Custom orders

Custom orders are encouraged and we will work with you to design your desired item.

Our custom order process is simple:

  1. Send us a request
  2. We design something magical
  3. Our design is shared with you for approval (unless you prefer surprises)
  4. A custom order is created and payment is required
  5. Item is handmade and shipped out

We aim to ship your custom order items out as quickly as possible but please keep in mind the time of your response and assistance will make a contribution.

Please note - Custom orders may not be eligible for returns as they have been designed and made specifically for you, however will be assessed on a case by case basis.
