Returns and Exchanges
Soul Mates, thank you kindly for shopping with us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at email@example.com
Please notify us of your exchange or return request within 48 hours of receiving your product. If accepted you will then have 7 days to return the item in its original packaging.
All returned items must arrive back to Soul Senti unworn, unused and in the original packaging. Any item which is not returned in the same condition it was received, will not be eligible for an exchange or return by Soul Senti.
Postage for returned items will need to be covered by the returnee. We recommend using a trackable post as someone else holds the title for gatekeeper of lost items.
If eligible, a store credit will be provided to you so you can exchange your item for another Soul Senti product.
Soul Senti will only offer a refund on faulty items.
Please keep in mind, our gemstones vary in shape, size and colour due to their natural formation and due to our products being handmade, items may differ slightly. Colour variations may also appear across gold filled jewellery due to the process when manufacturing. We do not consider this as a fault and returns will need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
Hygiene is very important to us, so for that reason pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
Custom orders may also not be eligible for returns as these have been designed and made specifically for you, however will also be assessed on a case by case basis.
